Judge Rejects Man’s Claim Against Britney

LOS ANGELES – Pop singer Britney Spears has been removed as defendant from a lawsuit filed by a Japanese man under a court order to stay away from her.

Spears and two of her security guards were sued by Masahiko Shizawa for causing him “extreme emotional distress” stemming from a confrontation with the guards outside her home in October 2002

Singer-songwriter Alicia Keys will try her hand at acting in a new movie about piano prodigy Philippa Schuyler. The Associated Press reports that the film will be produced by Academy Award-winning actress Halle Berry, who own the rights to the biopic, and Marc Platt, who produced the Tony-nominated Broadway show Wicked.

Chilli Is Off Limits For Usher
