Prior to the new season of MTV’s Making the Band 4 airs, Dawn Richard is unsure about the split of the all girl group, Danity Kane, who has had two No. 1 albums on the Billboard charts. According to Dawn Richard’s in an MTV video, she states that her and former group member Aundrea were the only ones that attended the Bad Boy Records meeting and she thought everyone else would be attending.
“Puff was not like only you… I thought we all were going to come back and talk. Even if Aubrey didn’t come back cause I didn’t know how Puff was feeling about that, if the four of us got together to see how we were going to start. I didn’t know what to expect, I just know that I got off the plane and went to the hotel and found out that I was the only one there and Aundrea Aurora Fimbres came the next day,” stated Dawn.
According to reports, Dawn is the only surviving member from the group or should we say ‘last woman standing’ and will be appearing as a solo act on Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ new album slated for release sometime this year.
