Blue has reached the top of the European Country Music Chart once again with her sultry ballad, “One Hot Summer Ago.” This is Rustie’s third #1 on the European CMA Chart. “One Hot Summer Ago” was the lead single from Blue’s latest album, “Stronger Than Steel” One Hot Summer Ago” is a song that looks back to that first love when it was innocent and perfect, written by Gilles Godard and Willie Mack. Nashville, TN. (MusiqQueen.com) – Sara Haze will represent APA at the 2009 NACA Convention on February 17th at the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville. She will be featured on the main stage in the Delta Ballroom. Sara also returns to Canadian Music Week for a series of gigs, following her successful 2008 showcases there that included Glen Ballard joining her onstage. At CMW she will play acoustic sets March 12 and 13th at the Library Bar in the Royal York Fairmount and a full band show on March 14th at the Revival in Toronto. Haze will also play four shows at South by Southwest, March 18 – 21st.

The two executives will expand their successful partnership that, among other achievements, has seen Atlantic reach the industry’s No. 1 label position in the U.S. in 2008 based on strong performances from Kid Rock, T.I., Jason Mraz, Plies, Lupe Fiasco and the soundtrack to the film Twilight. In addition to Atlantic’s artist successes, a November 2008 New York Times story credited Kallman and Greenwald’s progressive digital strategies for Atlantic Records becoming the first major label to achieve more than 50% of U.S. recorded music sales from digital products. Since 2004, Greenwald has served as President of the Atlantic Records Group.
