This weekend, Morissette will film her video for “Hands Clean” in Los Angeles, and she’s looking for 15 folks between the ages of 18 and 25 to act in various scenes. Interested parties should e-mail their photo, name, address and phone number to firstname.lastname@example.org. The video is being directed by Francis Lawrence, who has worked with a wide range of artists in the past, including Backstreet Boys, Jennifer Lopez, Janet Jackson and Aerosmith.
Morissette’s third album, Under Rug Swept, is scheduled for release in late February. The disc features the song “Utopia,” which was written in the wake of September 11. Morissette wrote 26 songs for the record, and 11 made the final cut.
