2003 IMMA Convention
This coming June, the Independent Music Managers Association (IMMA) will present the first annual IMMA convention to be held in the Washington, DC metro area. The theme of this convention will be connecting the dots between the music industry and the music management community. We are putting together a varied group of music industry professionals for informative and
insightful discussions, music business panels, seminars and a networking party. We would like to invite you all to join us and participate in this event.
This year’s convention will be held June 21st – 23rd at The Universities at Shady Grove in Rockville Maryland.
For the experienced music manager and agent, this convention will provide an opportunity for you to network, find talent and add important contacts to
your industry database. Novice managers will learn valuable, up-to-date industry information that they can use to build a successful artist management company and effectively counsel their clients. Artists and musicians will get a chance to network with and shop their material to managers, agents, producers, publishers, promoters, label reps, and many more industry personnel in attendance at the convention. All other industry players and music fans will get a chance to forge meaningful personal and business relationships and interact with each other in a casual music industry setting.
