Hilary Duff Kicks Off U.S. Mini-Tour
Hilary Duff has announced that she will kick off her first U.S. mini-tour. According to Duff’s official website, hilaryduff.com, the 16-year-old singer launched her tour in Phoenix, Arizona on November 17 and will perform through November 30. December dates will be added soon. The tour supports Duff’s debut album, Metamorphosis, featuring the single “So Yesterday.”
Fans can catch Duff at this year’s American Music Awards on November 16, which will air on ABC-TV. She’s also scheduled to perform at the Macy’s Day Parade in New York City on November 27.
Later this year Duff will star in the film Cheaper By The Dozen, opposite Steve Martin. It open nationwide on December 25. The film is a remake of the 1950 film of the same name, based on the real-life story of the Gilbreth family, follows them from Providence, Rhode Island, to Montclair, New Jersey, and details the amusing anecdotes found in large families.
