Terri Clark, who is currently on the Two Hats And A Redhead tour with Reba McEntire and Brad Paisley, finally spilled the beans about her private life — she’s getting married this fall. Since there have been so many rumors going around, she decided to share the news with her fans in a journal posting at her official website, terriclark.com, late Wednesday night (May 11).

Clark wrote: “My long time friend, tour manager, and guitar player Greg Kaczor and I are getting married this fall, and wanted you all to know about it before it runs in a magazine later this week.” She added, “I wanted to keep this quiet until the right time came, and last night someone in the audience in Ottawa was yelling out something about my ring, so I figured I may as well just point to Greg…it was an interesting, and funny way of letting the cat out of the bag, but I guess I am crazy enough anyway.”

Referring to the marriage of Renee Zellweger and Kenny Chesney, Clark joked, “It must be in the air, ’cause I have also heard of country music’s most eligible bachelor getting married this week…something must be in the water.”

Clark called Kaczor her “soul mate” and said she was “happy to finally be able to share that happiness with everyone.”

She’ll be at next week’s ACM Awards in Las Vegas, but only as a presenter, not as a performer.

Clark hopes to have her new album finished by the end of this month, and a first single soon after.

Clark, Paisley, and McEntire performed Friday (May 13) at the Verizon Wireless Music Center in Noblesville, Indiana.
