Warner Music Group Corp. announced the appointment of Susan Ross as
Senior Vice President, Compensation and Benefits. Based in New York
City, Ross will report to Caroline Stockdale, WMG’s Executive Vice
President, Global Human Resources.
At WMG, Ross will oversee compensation, health and welfare programs,
and retirement benefit functions for the company’s global workforce in
countries around the world.
“With her global experience in both human resources and employee
management at some of the world’s leading international companies,
Susan is an ideal candidate to supplement Warner Music Group’s existing
human resources team as we improve benefit offerings, develop
performance management tools and provide enhanced web-based products
for our employees,” said Stockdale.
Most recently, Ross was the Director of Compensation and Retirement at
TIAA-CREF, where she restructured the compensation and retirement
management functions of the financial service company’s 6,000 employees
in sixty locations across the United States.
Ross previously held senior management and human resource positions at
Barclays Capital, Citigroup, Dean Witter and JP Morgan. She earned a
bachelor of business administration in management from Pace University
and completed Stanford University’s Business Executive Program.
