Jill Rabin Appointed Vice President Of Production For Universal Motown Records G
Jill Rabin has been appointed Vice President of Production for Universal Motown Records Group (which consists Universal Motown and Universal Republic Records), announced David Ellner, Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Operations for UMRG.
“Jill is a bright, young executive who has proven she’s ready for an expanded role at Universal,” stated Mr. Ellner. “Her people skills are second to none, and her practical approach to problem solving as well as her tremendous respect for our artists’ vision makes her adept at meeting every new challenge. The entire company joins me in congratulating Jill on her new role.” stated Mr. Ellner.
Previously Ms. Rabin was Director of Production for UMRG. Ms. Rabin joined Universal Motown’s production department in 2002 as Manager of Production. From 2000 to 2002 Ms. Rabin was assistant to Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Operations of UMRG, David Ellner.
Ms. Rabin began her career in the music industry in 1999 working in the pop promotion department of Universal Records.
Ms. Rabin is a graduate of the University of Michigan.
