Ashton Shepherd Signs With Cherry Heart Entertainment, LLC For Artist Management Representation

The Alabama native, often referred to as the “honky tonk Cinderella,” started her career with immense talent, fueled with a lot of luck. After entering and winning a talent contest where the prize was opening for Lorrie Morgan in June of 2006, a series of events led Shepherd to move to Nashville by August of 2006. Less than a year after arriving in Music City, Shephard signed her very first record deal with MCA Records and completed her debut album, produced by Buddy Cannon. SOUNDS SO GOOD featured the first single “Takin’ Off This Pain,” hit the Top 20 on the country radio charts. Shepherd’s current single is the title track of the CD, “Sounds So Good.”
