Caught On Tape: Miley Cyrus Calls Herself A Stoner?! Pothead Birthday Moment?!

Miley Cyrus is back in the news after being video taped on camera for allegedly making fun of herself as a ‘pothead’ while celebrating her 19th birthday on November 23.

In the video filmed during her birthday at Beacher’s Madhouse inside L.A.’s Roosevelt Hotel, the former Hannah Montana Disney star and Pop singer can be heard and seen on camera saying “You know you’re a stoner when your friends make you a Bob Marley cake. You know you smoke way too much f–king weed!” The statement came after thanking her friends for waiting nearly three hours.

Prior to this, Cyrus’ good friend Kelly Obsourne spoke into the microphone held by Miley Cyrus saying that it was a “Bob Marley (Miley)” cake.

“I thought salvia was your problem,” Obsourne said a few seconds following Cyrus’ pothead comment.

Since circulation of the video, Miley Cyrus’ rep is stating that she was joking with her friends and according to TMZ, “Bob Miley” is an inside name that was giving to Cyrus by Kelly Obsourne after her “bong” salvia incident which occurred on last year.
