Madonna Set To Sing at Super Bowl; Readies New Album For Spring
The legendary Madonna will be performing at the Super Bowl XLVI halftime show on February 5th. The singer will be rocking the stage at the Lucas Oil stadium in Indianapolis.
While being interviewed by Extra, the singer exclaimed that it was a huge deal and spoke on how the football game being a huge challenge and about having the stage being setup in only a mere eight minutes.
In addition, Madonna also has a new album set to hit the stores in the spring. Guest who are expected to appear on the album include hip-hop female rapper Nicki Minaj and M.I.A.
In other news, Madonna hit the red carpet for the screening of her new film W.E. (W./E.) on December 4th at The Museum of Modern Art in New York City hosted by The Cinema Society & Piage. The movie is being produced by Madonna’s production comapny Semtex Films and is a romantic drama film which stars Abbie Cornish, James D’Arcy and Andrea Riseborough. W./E. is slated for release in the U.S. on February 3, 2012.
