Madonna Angers Politician Over MDNA Concert Swastika Image; Singer Faces Lawsuit
Singer/actress Madonna is in the hot seat after allegedly offending French politician Marine Le Pen by displaying a swastika montage during a concert last Thursday in Tel Aviv (Israel). During the concert a swastika went across the screen while the video “Nobody Knows Me” played on the big screen projectors during an intermission.
The video “Nobody Knows Me” displayed a number of figures imagery on top of the head of a singing Madonna including Pope Benedict, Chinese leader Hu Jintao and politician Sarah Palin, which were followed by the eyes and forehead of right-wing political leader Marine Le Pen with a swastika symbol across her forehead momentarily. The picture of Marine Le Pen was then followed by a photo believed to be of Adolf Hitler.
According to an upset Marine Le Pen, they will be waiting on the singer if she intends to pull her stunt at a concert that Madonna, 53, is due to give in Paris on July 14th during her 2012 MDNA European World Tour.
Marine Le Pen went on to say that she can understand Madonna’s publicity stunt, since she’s an aging singer and her songs don’t work any longer for her.
Meanwhile, an attorney for the political party is looking into pursuing legal action against the singer if possible.

Its not the Nazi Swastika! Its displayed clockwise and therefore Buddist Wheel of Life! It was possibly meant to provoke the media but at the same time bring awareness to how stupid people can be when they do not understand other cultures outside their narrow minded lives. No way is Madonna a Nazi lover. There is always a meaning in art and I think she will be laughing that the media and politicians have not looked carefully and made idiots out of themselves…
