Mary J. Blige Rocks Bikini Body On Shape Magazine Cover
In the latest issue of Shape Magazine, R&B soul, hip-hop diva Mary J. Blige rocks a bikini flaunting her curves and nice ‘Shape.’echo adrotate_group(1);
The 42 year old singer reveals in her magazine feature that she quit drinking after the death of fellow singer and friend Whitney Houston saying though others may still be able to do it, drinking just “doesn’t work.. at this point” in her life.
“I haven’t had a drink in a year and three months,” she revealed.
As far as Mary J. Blige’s bikini body, the singer credits cardio workouts and a gluten-free, dairy-free and low-carb diet.
Mary J claims when she’s fit, she feels she can “conquer the world.”
Now married to her manager, the singer has a new holiday album on the way and vows to stay fit, while working with her trainer and running 6 to 8 miles a week.
