Rihanna Bankruptcy Was ‘Stupid Accountant’ Fault
Singer Rihanna says a ‘stupid accountant’ is the reason behind her fortune-blowing and mind-blowing bankruptcy after an $11 million dollar income.echo adrotate_group(1);
The Barbadian singer claims that at the beginning of 2009 she had a fortune of $11 million dollars that was mostly blown by the end of 2009 making her effectively bankrupt.
The singer was horrified reportedly after finding out that $9 million dollars of her $11 million was gone before she even knew that she only had $2 million dollars left.
Apparently taking the advice of her accountant, $7 million dollars of the $9 million went on a bad house deal which she ultimately sold for a $2 million loss, reports say.
Along with that, Rihanna claims her “Last Girl on Earth” tour caused her to loose even more money which the accountant never alerted her of.
Rihanna eventually took her accountant to court for gross mismanagement.
Luckily Rihanna has been able to recover quite well from her messy financial trouble as the singer is now reportedly worth over an estimated $40 million dollars.
