Man Sues Streisand Over Alleged Unpaid Legal Fees
Judge Dismissed Singer’s $10M Suit Against Adelman
The man sued by Barbra Streisand for posting aerial photos of her California coastline mansion on the Internet claims the singer still owes him court-ordered legal fees.
A judge dismissed Streisand’s $10 million invasion of privacy case against Kenneth Adelman in December and ordered her to pay his legal bills.
Adelman filed suit Thursday against Streisand, claiming the entertainment legend refuses to pay him $204,000 in fees. He is also seeking an additional $15,000 in fees he spent to enforce the order.
Streisand’s lawyer did not have comment.
Adelman is the creator of the California Coastal Records Project, a scientific photographic database documenting the California coast.
According to the project’s Web site, the project is a landmark photographic database of over 12,000 frames of the California coast shot since 2002.
