Rustie Blue had this to say upon hearing about the award: I’m overwhelmed to have recorded with the Legendary “Whisperin Bill Anderson; It was such an honor! I’m so thankful to have had the song “Chip Chip” reach the #1 position on the ECMA chart in October, stay on the chart for several weeks, and still is high on the chart, to have performed with Bill Anderson on January 8th, 2005 at the “Midnite Jamboree” in Nashville, to hear Bill announce that night that he is releasing his new album, “The Way I Fee,l” and included “Chip Chip” on the album, to be nominated by the ECMA for “Vocal Collaboration Of The Year,” now to win in that category! What an honor! Thanks goes 1st to my fans, you are the reason I do what I do, to the ECMA and the DJ’s that played “Chip Chip”, thanks to Bill for giving me the privilege of recording “Chip Chip” with him and for all of his support, thanks to my entire music team, you are the bridge between my fans and me! I’m definitely on a high!
