Britney Spears’ Ex-Husband Kevin Federline Happy She’s Engaged To Jason Trawick

Britney Spears is not the only one happy about getting engaged, Spears’ ex-husband Kevin Federline expressed that he is also happy for the star.

According to reports, Federline says that Britney Spears is in a good place right now and thinks that Jason Trawick is a great guy.

The two (Britney Spears and Kevin Federline) married in 2004 and had two sons, Sean Preston Federline and Jayden James Federline. The couple later divorced in 2006.

In 2007, Britney Spears had a major meltdown following the divorce and custody battle over the kids. The Pop singer was later captured in photos shaving her head at a San Fernando Valley salon before going to a tattoo parlor where she got a kiss inked on her wrist and a cross on her hip. Prior, Britney had been receiving criticism by media for her partying and behavior. The singer later checked herself into the Eric Clapton’s Crossroads Centre in Antigua for one day.

After her father James Spears stepped in to take over her affairs and was appointed as her temporary conservatorship over all her assets along with attorney Andrew Wallet, the star seemed to be on a better road.

Britney Spears’ soon-to-be husband, Jason Trawick, her former agent, got engaged to her on Thursday during Trawick’s birthday party, as reported on MusiqQueen.com. The two went to Las Vegas over the weekend to celebrate. During their time in Las Vegas, Britney Spears showed off her three-carat Neil Lane round-cut diamond engagement ring for everyone to see.

On Thursday, December 15, 2011, Britney Spears was named 2011 MVP with 43% of the votes and Best Tour with 58% of the votes in Billboard Reader’s Poll.
