Beyonce Speaks On Whitney Houston, Days After Baby Blue Ivy Photos Are Unveiled
Beyonce Knowles, who recently unveiled photos of her baby girl, Blue Ivy Carter, as reported on MusiqQueen.com, with husband rapper Jay-Z, has come out and shared a message with her fans after the death of one of her great influences – the legendary Whitney Houston who died on Saturday, February 11, 2012.
In 2007, Beyonce Knowles took up for the singer and asked everyone to give Whitney Houston a break. At that time, Whitney Houston was dealing with going through rehab after battling with drug addiction and the end of her marriage with R&B singer Bobby Brown in 2007.
After reminiscing about being a kid who got an autograph from Whitney Houston which she pinned against her wall, Beyonce spoke about how easy it is to get in trouble and how huge the demands are for someone on top.
“The fallout can be equally big,” stated Beyonce back in 07.
Beyonce went on to speak about how hard it is especially for a woman in the music business to maintain a long term career.
Since Whitney Houston’s death, Beyonce wrote on Sunday that Houston’s loss was painful and wrote on her official website about the first time meeting Houston when she was 15. The singer wrote about how confident, poised, beautiful, intelligent, sincere and kind Whitney Houston was and called her the ultimate legend.
“She took the time to make everyone feel like they were very important to her,” stated Beyonce.
Other celebrities have also spoken and sent out condolences which include Mariah Carey, Christina Aguilera, Lenny Kravitz, Wendy Williams and more, as reported on MusiqQueen.com.
