Whitney Houston Found Dead, Suspected Suicide, Foul Play Reported
In unfortunate music news, one of the greatest female singers of all time Pop/R&B legend and diva icon Whitney Houston is dead.
Whitney Houston, age 48, was reported to be found on today at the Beverly Hilton hotel. Upon arriving at the scene, paramedics reportedly tried to revive Houston but were unsuccessful. Houston was pronounced dead at 3:55 PM.
The singer was in Los Angeles for a music tribute to her mentor Clive Davis in which she had performed earlier in the week.
Known for her amazing voice Whitney Houston’s career started at the ripe age of 11 and from then on her career catapulted. Whitney Houston has been awarded more awards than any female music artist in history based on the Guinness World Records.
Whitney Houston leaves behind a daughter Bobbi Kristina by ex-husband, singer Bobby Brown.
Currently, Houston’s cause of death is unknown and is pending investigation, but foul play is suspected to have played a part, while other reports make mentions of a possible suicide. The suicide speculation comes from previous reports of the singer being photographed with cuts on her wrists.
Whitney Houston is most known for her songs “How Will I Know,” “I Will Always Love You,” “Where Do Broken Hearts Go,” “Saving All My Love for You,” and “Greatest Love of All.”
